On Cancellation of any reservation at any point in time, a minimum charge of 3% on the total package amount is applicable, towards the payment gateway/transaction charge, irrespective of the date of reservation & the date of cancellation. Apart from transaction charges, below are the applicable cancellation charges If the cancellations are made 15 days before the check-in date, 30% of the total package amount will be considered a cancellation charge. If the cancellations are made 7 Days to 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total package amount will be considered a cancellation charge. If the cancellations are made 2 days to 6 days before the check-in date, 75% of the package amount will be considered as a cancellation charge & rescheduling will not be offered. If the cancellations are made 48 hours before the check-in date, 100% of the package amount will be considered a cancellation charge & rescheduling will not be offered. In case of a No-Show, there will not be any refund or rescheduling. If reservations are made for any Special Events Like “The new Year Event”, or “Christmas”, or for any festivals, etc., cancellations & rescheduling are not allowed. In case there are any applicable refunds against cancellations, the refunds will be made to the same payment mode which was used for making the reservations. Applicable refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days. Guests below 18 years are not allowed without a parent or legal guardian. ​
